Duration : 3-4 months and Hire = Contract to Hire ( C2H)
Location : Englewood -CO
Visa : GC/USC/GC-EAD
Interview : 2 = In person Interviews
Note : Complex SQL Queries , Joins and so on related to SQL .. You should be pro on SQL
- Manual QA Tester with super strong SQL
- Started doing some automation so C# is a plus
- Weekly automation meetings (setting up X Units and TFS.)
- 7 QA Testers, 3 BA’s and QA Director
- Onsite with QA Manager - Final 2 hour panel interview with 8-11 people
- If not good with interviewing with a panel, probably won’t be a good fit
- Lots of SQL- (inner & Outer joins, left and right joins)
- Important this person is a good culture fit (fits in well with the team)
- Works well independently (Doesn’t want to micro-manage)
- Be able to ask questions
- Collaborative thinking
Knowledge: The IT department will train for this position. Qualified candidates will need to possess the following skills:
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Two years’ experience using computers in a variety of business situations.
- Ability to assess test results and methods.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously.
- Requires attention to detail.
- Must be capable of critical thinking, decision-making, and willing to challenge.
- Must possess exceptional written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with an enterprise source control product Microsoft Team Foundation server experience a plus.
